I had a fantastic experience at Jamba Juice thanks to Xavier and Erick. Xavier greeted me with a friendly smile and offered great recommendations, while Erick quickly prepared my smoothie with excellent attention to detail. This is by far the worst location i have ever been to. Customer service is atrocious, after waiting for 5 minutes just to be acknowledged I was told to come back in 20 or 30 minutes because they had too many online orders. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if at all possible!

Always such terrible service when I visit. No one ever greets you walking in. They take forever to take your order. The food is always overcooked. They always pronounce my name wrong. Someone helped take my order and walked away as I was using my app for rewards, before i could even pay, he walked away. Someone else walked up several mins later asking what i wanted to order and i expressed i just needed to pay. She was very helpful but pronounced my very easy name wrong but her customer service was great and quick.
