Thanks to one of us being gluten-free, we were a little stressed over where to source our wedding cake from since so few bakeries create gluten-free goodies. Let Them Eat Cake does gluten-free cakes and cupcakes, and they are incredible. Working with Alyssa was so easy. We picked out flavors for our tasting and she made them all gluten-free.
