slower than the DMV. Go to Posh Bagel instead, they have much faster and friendlier service, much better food, and much better prices.

I've given up on this store. It's in my neighborhood and convenient, but really slow even when they are not busy. They are often out of stock on bagels and the coffee pots are empty. Last week, they didn't even bother to toast my bagel for a sandwich.
This place has gone downhill…. Dirty restaurant, empty shelves, broken Soda machine. Mistakes on your order. No more fresh . From frozen box in to the microwave…..👎👎👎

Are you kidding me? Second time I come to this location and the second time they tell me there aren’t anymore 6 cheese bagels left. Oh well maybe they’ve been mobile ordered or something, but even after choosing another bagel, eating it outside and going back indoors, there are three 6 cheese bagels sitting on the tray. What’s up with this? Even at 11am when the store closes at 2pm, shouldn’t they supply more of those bagels?

One star for the food, because when we arrived they didn’t have any bagels left, an hour before closing. This happens ALL the time at this location. In fact it happens even in mid morning, like 9 am. As if they are continually terrified that they will have too many bagels and have to throw them out.

As someone from New York, it has been hard to find a bagel place that does it right. Noah’s has made being so far from home a little bit better with their bagels. Definitely a healthier version, but great all the same.

I initially tried to DoorDash but they weren't accepting orders due to high demand.
When I arrived there was a line with no one at the register. One employee appeared and started taking orders quickly. For me it was hard to hear her, she needed to speak up. I got an Avocado Veg Out bagel...it came with NO avocado and NO cucumber. So I got a bagel with lettuce, tomato, and onions...
It was also never pointed out I was to grab my own bag of chips. I saw another customer do so after waiting to ask, I assume, and no one acknowledging her. Is it too hard to have the employees hand chips to customers or put them in bags?? I'm sure countless customers have been shorted their free bag of chips just because they don't know this unspoken rule.
I also know people who have DoorDashed for this location and will never accept orders from here again for various reasons.
I would say avoid this location.
I order my food for delivery on the door dash app. I couldn’t add any notes , so I called them 11 times they didn’t answer any of the calls. I just want them be careful and let them know not make any of my food next to meat because I don’t know if halal or not. I can’t have any pork. For me it religion but what if it was allergy they can’t put allergy modification in on the app or customer trying to contact them let them to know. They refuse to answer the phone.

I went this morning about 9:30 AM, having been curious for a while. I walked in and walked out within 5 minutes. I ordered a farmhouse with two eggs. The bagel was fresh, hot, and nicely toasted. The bacon and ham were crispy and the cheese was delightfully melty. The shmear also tasted fresh. Everything tasted delicious. Service was excellent, with a prompt greeting and helpful recommendation when asked. The atmosphere was fine, though it was strange the gate between Peet's Coffee and Noah's was down. There's seating inside and out. I'll be back for sure!I was initially hesitant to go because I saw so many negative reviews. But sheesh. I'm not sure what the other reviewers problems were... But I almost wonder if they're not trying to drive this place out of business with some of their comments. Cause I didn't experience any of their complaints. Racism? Rudeness? Slow service? None of that was an issue today at all. Maybe I just didn't go at "peak busy time" but honestly, you get in what you put out. If you're a patient, polite and thoughtful customer, usually the service matches it.
