Do not order food online its best if you go in because the food is never fresh. Even when I went in the food seemed like it was leftovers or something.

Not even acknowledged after 5 minutes of standing waiting for a “be right with you” or anything but nothing. Not friendly. No customer service. Dry food/seems old.

Horrible service. Waited forever to get my order. They are very disorganized. Was passed up by multiple people while my order was set aside for chow mein. They were served ahead of me. Teriyaki chicken was mostly chicken fat. I'm sad I wasted time and money here.

Ordered pick up through the Panda Express app. When I arrived there were 8 people waiting before me and the shelves with the pick up orders were full and out of reach. The girl so seemed in charge of the online orders was continuing to package new orders and not giving the older orders out. When he finally did about 10 minutes later she was in such a rush that she didn’t wait until a had a grasp of my food and dropped it. She did ask if I wanted it remade but I didn’t have time to wait for a whole other order so I said no. When I could finally eat, the broccoli beef seems under sauced and grey. Everything was barely even warm and no flavor for the chow mein and fried rice.

There needs to be more help and teamwork within the staff. With the girl rushing to put together online orders the cashier could’ve easily called out older orders in between helping the walk in line. Especially since that line seemed a lot less rushed.

I can not express enough to y’all how much I love coming to this Panda Express, this team has it going! Sarah (I think that’s her name, she wears an all black uniform) is top tier friendly, fast, and super efficient at what she does. It’s not only her though, it’s legit everybody that works there, any time I’m too lazy to cook food (which is practically every single night) I come here and it’s like going to grandmas house and she makes sure you are good and full. Thank you Davis Panda Express team for making me feel welcomed here!

This location has issues with staffing and management. There are always lines out the door, they are always out of what feels like half the dishes with long wait times to boot. Tons of door dash drivers standing around.

Once the guy working the wok was piss drunk and he burnt a lot of the food. Manager gave me new food but it was all bad. The place felt helpless. I’ve been back since then but lately there are the same issues as stated above. I won’t even try for dinner anymore. I really hope they figure it out cos there is no other fast take out around.

Ordered a plate, only got one entrée. If they were out of that specific entrée why not just call and tell the person paying for it and let them know? So we basically paid extra money for just a bowl. If you want to waste your money, go to this location.

I ordered Charmaine rice string, bean chicken and teriyaki chicken. My child Maine was hard and cold. My string being chicken had a nasty taste to it and the manager at that time. Which right now it is 3 PM on Thursday. She said.That she could not refund me. My money that she could only give me different food and I did not want different food. I wanted my money back and she refused to do it. Bad service, bad food, bad overall.

There are a couple times that I have come into this panda express and I have not been satisfied with the service or atmosphere.Overall, I do not see people are spoken to in an inviting manner. There was an older lady in front of me that was asking about basic ingredients on the food and the lady serving her was passively rude and impatient.This is not the first time that I have a negative or unpleasant experience.What would be my advice?Work on building a positive and organized environment so employees are more able to be present, patient and customer-focused. Don’t have your eyes wondering around as your customer is looking at what to order, help them and guide them through their decision.& Ask yourself, if I were a customer walking in right now… how would I feel?
