We, Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers, are experiencing racism at this restaurant; they are refusing to hand over ready orders. This needs to be investigated. If this happens a few more times, 10 of my colleagues and I will contact our lawyers and file a complaint!

Men's restroom toilet has a strong sewer odor that needs to be fixed. Apparently the county Health dept already came out last week, but nothing has been done. It has only gotten worse.

My professor always goes here but I have no idea why. It's just your average panera with mediocre soups and breads. to each their own but it gets way too crowded for kids. Still, the worker at the front was very nice so 3/5 stars.

I genuinely appreciate all of the times I have had at Panera, whether it be in Davis (2023, late 2024 to present) or Riverside (when I attended UC Riverside throughout 2023-2024 for my Master’s Degree). The only real criticism I have has to do with the loss of my favorite menu items (the Pepperoni Baguette and Pepperoni Pizza Flatbread), however the new menu items are great, especially the Italian Sub and Italian Steak sandwich…even the less expensive items like Black Pepper Focaccia are great as well, of which I ordered one yesterday night and was happy with it.

Why are the half sandwiches on the pick two so small even after I picked French bread. Yet, if I order a whole sandwich, I get two sandwiches that are decently sized. So shouldn’t they be the size of the one out of the two sandwiches that I got when I ordered the whole one? I’m so confused.

They literally cooked an egg and 2 slices of bacon and split it between 2 sandwiches. If I wanted a piece of bread, I would have just purchased that it would have been a whole lot cheaper. I responded to a survey regarding my experience during this visit and was told that they have set portions. Either we were shorted, or this was a case of false advertising.
