Whenever I craved Indian food I came by here. The food is so good and the location is right in the middle of downtown Davis. It's perfect for a movie night dinner too. The mango lassi? Sweet, the masala chai? Spiced So so good
The food quality is great..Ordered a Biryani, Thali, and mango lassi..The thali was great, lassi was average..Past experience of ordering Biryani has not been great in any restaurant globally (except biryani focussed restaurants) as they give you pulao in the name of Biryani.. it was same here.. anyways, the taste was good for a pulao..However, a major drawback is that they make you wait long before giving you the order..

Great service! Owner was outstanding to talk to. The food was impeccable. I got the chicken tikka masala and that is one of the best chicken tikka masala in the region! As well as there naan bread that was sensational and fresh. Also the main reason to go there is for the momos. Todays visit for the momos, the momos lacked some seasoning for their chicken but the dough was always fresh and thick. I don't know why the chicken was bland but it was probably an off day for the cook...read full review
