AVOID ANDREA!!!! I wanted to order a family meal through Uber eats and everything had chicken and I am vegetarian. I called ahead to ask if I could have the meat removed. A woman was giving extreme attitude. She was yelling at me and left me on hold. A few minutes later a guy came on the line and he was saying the same thing but he was but actually nice until she RUDELY interrupted him midway and was giving me attitude again. She called my diet EXTREME!!! I’m sorry for following my religion and sorry for being a minority with different values. And I understand that they can’t accommodate me and my culture. It’s just this woman’s attitude and condescension that bothers me. I called again to ask for her name, her name is Andrea. I told my friend about what happened and she knew this woman and remembered her throwing bread at polite kids when they forgot to give them bread on the side.

Food was great. I ordered a sandwich and a drink to go.Placed an order online at 11:10 am, came to pick up at 11:25 because it was supposed to be ready at that time. I guess they only put me in line at 11:25. Anyway I waited in the line with other people who ordered right there and it was ready at 11:55. 45 minute wait is quite long for a sandwich.“ORDER AHEAD ON OUR APP & SKIP THE LINE!” they say. I guess not at this location, I won’t be back.
We were told they are out of bread while there was a whole stack of trays with fresh bread in front of us.Bread in Panera Bread is not to be taken for granted!!

Panera bread is a reliable place to eat! I love their value duets - I usually get a half smokehouse sandwich and tomato soup. The tomato soup is not my favorite, but you can't substitute on the value duets. The smokehouse sandwich, on the other hand, is amazing!! Great flavor. I also thought their shell Mac n cheese was delicious.They also have student discounts and rewards so definitely take advantage of the deals that are applicable to you. For those looking for a place to study, they recently added signs on the tables that state you cannot stay more than 60 or 90 minutes. I am not sure how much they enforce this. The music also plays pretty loud so bring your own headphones.

When imagining what the BEST Customer Service looks like, visit Panera Bread in Davis. You must meet Assistant Manager Pandora! I walked into Panera Bread 30 min before closing and provided her my written order for 20 people. Her kind and friendly service was beyond words. She was so fast at placing my order. I already loved Panera and NOW I love it more! Thank you Pandora in helping me with this important order. The student staff will enjoy these delicious sandwiches.
