Excellent customer service!!! I am in crutches. As soon I walked into store, the Custerome Service Clerk offered to bring me a grocery cart to drive around myself, so I could shop easier. Boy was it easier!!!

Very snooty employees here, Im sorry to say. I have really tried to shop here because the store itself has a great variety and its a good location. However, upon check out, without fail, Im always met with a rude employee. Most grocery store employees will say something like "Hi, how are you? Did you find everything ok?" Some even make conversation and remember my name! But never at this location. They just glare at you, ask if you have bags, and tell you how much it cost. I was even rushed out of the check out line when the bagger wasnt done bagging my groceries today. Also today when I was here the Starbucks was closed in the afternoon, which it isnt supposed to be. I will be taking my money elsewhere...

Don't get ripped off like I did at Safeway. When they say untrimmed tri-tip, they mean it. I should have just gone to Costco and paid a higher price. Won't go out of my way to go to Safeway on Covell again.

So when did Safeway become Food for less... I "help" bag my groceries to keep the line moving. Tonight the cashier literally shoved my groceries at me along with my own bags to move on to the next customer. The cashier never said two words to me - HORRIBLE customer service. I can go to Food for less for that kind of experience and not pay the high prices of Safeway !
