I ordered a latte with coconut milk due to a dairy allergy. I was very sick all day after due to the dairy I was given. The cup still said "C" for coconut milk, but the reaction I had was clearly the allergy. I should have double checked when I took my drink, I usually always ask as I take it just to make sure, but I also shouldn't have to be so diligent.
col, very nice. i love cinnabon drink. very yum, close to home and convenient. employees are friendly and work quickly which is good because i am very busy i have six kids and need to move faster than sonic, they prepare drinks fast so i can be the best mom ever

I absolutely love this Starbucks -- and especially its manager Julie, and barista (maybe also an assistant manager?) Steve. All the staff is helpful and friendly and FAST. Polite when closing (some Starbucks locations are rather rude when they want you to leave), and very accommodating and helpful overall. Love to go there -- only wish they were still open later.
