So I ordered ahead at about 8:30 in the morning and got a chestnut praline crème. It’s pretty busy at this time which is no problem, I know people are working hard. But when I got there, I opened up my cup to let it cool off and saw that it was 2/3 of the way full. I mean come on, for a 5 dollar drink. I didn’t go back in to get a new one cause I was already driving away. Guys, double check your drinks!

This is always a very nice Starbucks in atmosphere and the people are great but I was there today on the busiest day they have ever had and I tell you they are like a choreographed dance team there. It’s quite amazing.

Can we talk about the flies? I understand that flies can get into the building through the door and drive thru window, but geez! I didnt expect to see so many! The drive thru line was long. So, we decided to go inside. BIG MISTAKE. I initially wanted a sandwich and my partner a coffee. Immediately being greeted by flies as we approached the counter was a huge appetite killer. I passed on the sandwich. We swatted at the flies the whole time that we waited for the coffee. You could literally see dozens of flies flying and crawling all over the place. The wall behind the counter, the counter itself, and display case (in and on it) had flies crawling all over them. They had a "PASS" in the window, but perhaps the health inspector should come check it out. I do not recommend this particular Starbucks.

I have been drinking Frappuccinos from various Starbuck locations, my entire life. This was the worse Frappuccino I have ever had. Around $5 for a chunk of ice. When I first drank it, no flavor just ice. I tried mixing it up , no flavor, chunk of ice. I even let it melt a bit. Still no flavor, chunk of ice. Save your money and go elsewhere. I usually only write positive reviews but felt this really was inexcusable. Not sure how this could of happened as I had thought that they measured ingredients???

8/9/21 today at 4pm...only one customer in front of me....I went to get a coffee and the guy working there was super kind, made conversation as he made my drink. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Thank you for making me my complicated drink. The drink was delicious

I absolutely love this Starbucks -- and especially its manager Julie, and barista (maybe also an assistant manager?) Steve. All the staff is helpful and friendly and FAST. Polite when closing (some Starbucks locations are rather rude when they want you to leave), and very accommodating and helpful overall. Love to go there -- only wish they were still open later.
