So I ordered ahead at about 8:30 in the morning and got a chestnut praline crème. It’s pretty busy at this time which is no problem, I know people are working hard. But when I got there, I opened up my cup to let it cool off and saw that it was 2/3 of the way full. I mean come on, for a 5 dollar drink. I didn’t go back in to get a new one cause I was already driving away. Guys, double check your drinks!
This is always a very nice Starbucks in atmosphere and the people are great but I was there today on the busiest day they have ever had and I tell you they are like a choreographed dance team there. It’s quite amazing.
I absolutely love this Starbucks -- and especially its manager Julie, and barista (maybe also an assistant manager?) Steve. All the staff is helpful and friendly and FAST. Polite when closing (some Starbucks locations are rather rude when they want you to leave), and very accommodating and helpful overall. Love to go there -- only wish they were still open later.
