I think they are confused on certain aspects of the drink making. The drinks are almost always completely water. I assumed it was either a) my specific drink or b) just a one off experience. But no, most drinks at most times will probably taste like water.

This is one of my favorite Starbuck's. For the most part they always have everything I order, make the drinks exactly like I order them and the staff are very friendly and professional. I don't live in Davis but when I come to Davis for medical appts this is my go to Starbuck's.

Love this store! Amazing customer service, great assortment of cups for sale, and of course great food and drinks.
Parking: Lordy these baristas do not make enough. The morning rush is pretty wild. Parking lot is not big enough, but this is not isolated to this location.
Christina (the blonde) is amazing. I believe she is the manager. She truly cares about her team.
I had an attitude a few weeks with a member of her team. I was called out (and rightfully so). Christina handled the situation with a good attitude. She provided me with a gentle reminder that we are all human and not to assume that the barista wasn’t listening. She killed me with kindness. I now look forward to going to that location & interacting with her & her team.

My drink wasn't good, I got a cold brew sweet cream, and it didn't look nothing. I saw on the menu. I've been to many Starbucks, and the staff are always so happy and helpful but not at this location. I will not be going back to this location.
