The staff was not very happy to take my order, she sounded like she didn't really like her job. I asked for a recommendation, and she wasn't very helpful. My drink wasn't good, I got a cold brew sweet cream, and it didn't look nothing. I saw on the menu. I've been to many Starbucks, and the staff are always so happy and helpful but not at this location. I will not be going back to this location.

May need to write this review twice because comprehension is NOT this Starbucks staff's strong suit. Quiet unfortunate that the service was terrible and the staff was seemingly unwilling to do anything about it. They got my order wrong, remade it (begrudgingly) and made it terribly!! I was offered no types of communication of apology or understanding. Next time, I'll have to bring my order written down in hopes of them getting it correct. #dobetter #flavor #getsome

Never seen something like that they close whenever they feel like daily and not even updating the online ordering so you order online and coming for pick up during operation hrs. And they close…..This is not once in a blue moon this is 3 times a week for a year now, I wonder until when they going to blame Covid

One of my least favorite Starbucks in the area. The wait time is long, and the drinks just seem rushed (half pumps). There's a hospital in walking distance so.... I guess I'll leave it for them.
