Always Excellent service,in my own coffee container! There was no 1 in drive through line, which I don't use! I like to go inside & be greeted & use the usually clean & stocked restroom. I tried a new coffee choice, from large poster, it tasted like Graham crackers, a bit! It was ok. My fav is Carmel mochiato, which I'm unsure how to spell. Lively, friendly servers & baristas.

I love Starbucks but the customer service at this location is always terrible, very rude staff which is why I always prefer to go to another location. Try the one in North davis, customer Service is always leagues better than here!

Always plenty of seating. There is also outside seating. Sometimes the place is a little sticky. One of the workers though is really nice and joyfully took my order and served. The long tables have power strips and hooks for holding backpacks.

It would be amazing if there was an option in the app to add a stopper to your drink.You order an extra hot drink on the mobile app because this location is always so busy. But they leave your drink on the counter to cool.I do understand that putting stoppers in every drink makes you run out.However, if your customer orders an extra hot drink, may I suggest that putting a stopper in this one should be standard, if you are not going to add this option to your app.By our order we've let you know that we like our order really hot, so a stopper would be awesome!For your consideration

Not good service every time. I go thru the drive thru and one time they just gave me attitude. Very unprofessional. And another time I was transitioning from one home to another and I had my baggage with me and I had a box on top of my baggage and when I would sit it up right it fell every time I guess I was not thinking to just put it on the ground so I just finally was able to balance the box and when I was going inside some girls where giving me dirty look as they where walked out I just thought those girls are mean girls. Not okay.

Just witnessed the Barista and her colleagues basically talking back to a customer because her order was labeled incorrectly. $8 drink, 20 minutes and the lady asked why it was called out and labeled wrong. No much of an apology, and then making fun of / talking back to the customer. My drink was made wrong, when corrected it was running down the sides,.a mess, no napkins to be found anywhere in the store. I waited another 10 minutes for my unwarmed food item, which they finally brought up. No apologies for the wait.These entitled food SERVICE workers have a rude awakening coming, with the rudeness of their approach towards customers I wonder if they will learn anything or just wait for the government handouts.
It is one of the newer and more popular Davis Starbucks locations. Located in the well frequented Mace Boulevard, Nugget Shopping Center with easy off/on E/W bound freeway exits for your drive thru needs. When it opened, it was a huge bonus for South Davis residents as all other Davis locations were on the other side of the freeway some distance away. Unfortunately, it opened shortly before I moved away from Davis to my present home.It is a large Starbucks for sure. With a nice covered patio to chill and hang out. Parking is easy, and there is lots of it. It is the favorite with everyone. Students in their jammies:), and local kids and adults. Dogs welcome! It is always busy. People come with their computers and stay. Moms meet with the babies, high power business meetings... you get the picture! Oh...and of course bike friendly!Welcome to Davis!I loved enjoying my extra hot latte and blueberry scone in one of my favorite former stomping grounds! Shout out to Paris for making it extra nice!I miss this Starbucks. No other like it.Till we meet again:).

Observations at South Davis Starbucks (Mace Blvd) Friday, 8amDrive thru had a line of about 4 cars; inside crowded. Waited almost 30 mins for 2 Tall Mochas. Sydney was preparing the drink orders- extremely competent and fast as lightning. As I told her after observing her and the other employees (7-8 of them) at work and receiving my order: “This restaurant needs three of you and none of the others (no offense to them, but their pace appeared slow comparatively)”. She commented that the restaurant also needed another machine like the one she was using, which I thought was a tremendous idea. Sydney should be in charge of operations— appears to this customer to be the best kind of employee to have.
