We are on a road trip so we have stopped at many Starbucks on our 11 days journey so far. We always get the same drinks so we know if something is different about one. For some reason this last stop at this location made us both say “wow my latte is soooo good”. We only say that we go to small coffee shops. Never at Starbucks. Great ambiance and great drinks! The barista Emily made my drink so well and was a delight to talk to. In general the drinks here are great and it’s my preferred starbucks in Davis.
This review is for product quantity alone. I'm not entirely sure if all Starbucks are like this ( this particular location is my go-to) but I'll keep an eye out now. Today my cup felt lighter than usual. Sure enough there was less matcha latte than usual. Definitely a bummer. I'll have to ask if this was a one off or are all drinks being under poured now.
