Great taqueria open late-ish near the UC Davis campus that we stopped by at after a night of bowling! The food, service and environment were all top tier, and they had unlimited chips like any great taqueria would! It was also great getting to meet Miguel! ?

Carne asada taco had no flavor dry .my burrito had more beans than rice and meat, usually its more rice, but oh well, next time throw some salt an lime in the bag when ordered for delivery......

I had the birria Torta & a Pastor Taco. I was mostly curious about the birria torta, it was a little bland. I’m glad I tried it because I still love a good dipping sandwich. The salsa bar was great, the burrito sauce was really tasty. The restaurant was clean & well maintained.
Avg food, good not great, pricey for the quality, def a fast food atmosphere. Good mexican food for Davis, hoping to find better next time.

Was expecting a home run with the reviews I read prior to my arrival . I ordered the wet pastor burrito . My daughter ordered the steak tacos . The salsa bar will tell you everything about the restaurant. All cracked chips and jar salsa was a huge disappointment. The food wasn’t any better . I say a hard pass guys /gals .

Amazing tacos! First time I’ve been here and it did not disappoint! I tried a sampling of different meats; Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Carnitas and Birria. Everything hit the mark. I was quite surprised that all four meats were consistently seasoned and flavorful. I always try pastor when I got to a new place and they did it right here!
It’s pretty spacy inside and they have several TVs on with soccer games (futbol). They also have a few IPAs on tap too! So I was happy downing a Sierra Nevada hazy and devouring tacos.
My only gripe was the chips tasted old and the salsas were decent, but not great. Although they have some really spicy picantes! Pickled veggies are always nice to have too. Service was good. No complaints there.
Definitely check this place out. I’d say it rivals Guadalajara

The food is excellent. Amazing portions on the plate dishes for under $20. Wonderful presentation on the plates. We usually go to DOS Coyotes here in Davis, but probably will start going here more often.
