The Hot Dogger is such a Davis gem! This place has been around forever, and for good reason — the hot dogs are amazing. Perfectly grilled, juicy, and served on fresh buns with so many creative topping options to choose from. They make a really good chili dog. It’s a really small spot with outdoor seating. The people are very friendly. The hours were extended recently. The prices are so steep though! I’d come back a lot more if they could get the prices down. It feels like a lot for what you get which is admittedly very good. I always get the fries which are wedge cut with a great seasoning and ranch.
