I got the Mac and Cheese with bacon added on top and it was pretty good. I really liked they put seasoned breadcrumbs on the top definitely added a crunchy touch. My garlic fries were hot and crispy they added real garlic which was awesome. The melt burger was okay definitely not worth the money you pay for it but it was cooked to perfection. If I came back it would be for the Mac and Cheese and the addicting garlic fries.

I'm not a huge fan of delivery services because 80% of the time the food comes cold or soggy... so when we decided to order here and have it delivered I was already mentally prepared for it to be soggy. But to my pleasant surprise it was anything but!I ordered a patty melt, no sauce with mustard... it was delicious!! I don't know if it was the container or if the driver picked it up as they took it off the grill but the bread was not soggy at all.. the meat was maybe a little over cooked but had great flavor! I ordered the seasoned fries and they were also a good! The seasoning was honestly not as strong as I had anticipated but it was still good, and again surprisingly not soggy! We ordered the melt sauce, bbq and ranch to try them... the ranch was so good, they added dill to it which was a pleasant surprise! The bbq was good, reminded me of rays bbq sauce and the melt sauce was my least favorite it was ok but not amazing... I will absolutely be back!

The burger patty was extremely dry and overcooked. It says it’s still juicy on the menu, but that is definitely not the case. The Mac and Cheese tasted fine, but arrived with the cheese on top of plain noodles in a container that made it difficult to mix.

I had the BBQ Bacon Meltburger and it was so delicious, would highly recommend it. I also had the garlic fries with ranch dressing dipping sauce which were very good also. Going to have to order this again. Thanks so much.

I wasn't expecting the Melt in Davis to be a ghost kitchen but all things considered, it's pretty good. A Mac Daddy is a Mac Daddy. The stuff from the other restaurants isn't very good in my opinion but the Melt always hits.I've only got a couple of complaints. The wait is pretty long but you can just order on the app in advance. The app is worth it, in my opinion, to have. You can save up your points to get a decent discount.The other thing is that it's really loud inside sometimes but there's a nice area to sit outside. There's an entrance to the arboretum near the parking lot so you have options.I've gotten delivery from them too and I was satisfied. I got a sandwich with mushrooms the first time and the mushrooms made the bread soggy but I just don't get delivery with mushrooms anymore.Overall, not the most amazing restaurant but I really enjoy it.
If you get the melt, you need to try the Mac n Cheese! It is SO good and the crumb on top makes it even better.

I always check reviews but was so hungry I just ordered food, I'm so glad I didn't because despite some of these reviews the food was amazing!! I had the Mac daddy grilled cheese and my bf had the wagu beef sandwich \\u0026 they were so good. Will be back!
