Bad customer service

It's probably the best Chinese food in Davis. Not a bad thing on the menu, and everything is always made to order. Staff is friendly. The only thing is is it super quiet inside.

RESTROOM. Asked for the restroom code and was told it's locked and was directed to the porta potty in the parking lot across the street. The porta potty was filthy and it didn't have anywhere to wash your hands. I was delivering for door dash so idk if the costumers dining in are also directed to the porta potty.Im helping you guys make money and I don't think the customer appreciates their delivery driver not being able to wash their hands.

Portions are good with most items on the menu being under $14 even a meal with NY steak is priced at $12.95 which good portion sizes.

Would recommend if you want a delicious, cheap meal.

Visited on a Friday night. Not busy. I ordered the Crispy pork belly rice plate 脆皮烧肉饭 and Green Bean with garlic sauce 蒜茸四季豆. It totaled to about $22.

The food was better than average. The portions are sizeable; with the two dishes I ordered, it could easily feed two.
The green beans with garlic sauce was pretty good. I can see why a restaurant like this would/is doing well in a college town like Davis.

The service was direct and no nonsense. If you order a plate, it comes with a drink. They're happy to get you anything if you get their attention.

The atmosphere is pretty standard for a Chinese restaurant; the decor is the same, they have a TV playing dramas, etc. The only thing I have to bring into question is their cleanliness. The silverware I had received was visibly dirty... Staff was happy to replace it of course.

Would I come back here to eat again?
Probably not. Despite the food being reasonably priced, portions large, and the food tasting decent, for Chinese food, I wasn't blown away enough to want to come back. (And of course, the cleanliness factor plays a huge part... makes me think what ISN'T clean that we can't see...)

3 out of 5 rice plates.

哇!This is some of the best Chinese food I have eaten in the Sacramento area; great new flavors that I didn't even know were originally Chinese. The waiter was nothing but kind was very considerate with my limited knowledge of Chinese cuisine, even recommending me some things on the menu and refiling my lemon tea when I ran out. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is very cheap with massive portions. It's good for closer friends who like homestyle Chinese food who you don't need to impress.

Because it is fusion it does tend to be a little sweeter, but it has overall good flavors. The tomato and egg had a lot of green onion, perfect heat on the eggs, and green beans had good bite. Meat quality was normal in all the dishes, really good considering the price.

Chinese pastas have never been my thing, but if you enjoy that category these are nice. A lot of meat and sauce. For me it's always too monotonous in texture and lacking in flavor.

Food came out when it finished cooking so you had food almost immediately. I went on a Saturday 2pm, it was almost the only place open, and it was quite empty. Server was pleasant.

Delicious. Big portions, reasonable prices. Salt and pepper tofu was my favorite.
Large menu with lots of options if you are vegetarian.
