Completely dissatisfied with the food. I had high hopes too.
Great food selection. The free salsa that came with chips was the best I have had in a Mexican restaurant. The service was top notch. Most of the food came with beans, rice and soup/salad which made it a bit heavy. Easy to share as they split the dish for 2 equally. Will definitely visit again.
I have eaten all over the world 🌎 and without a doubt this is the best REAL Mexican food you will find outside of Mexico. And believe me, I have been thr drunk American in Mexico plenty of times. This is the best place in Davis, and in California, OMG - The food is sooo good. Mad props to our server who was cool and funny.
