I’ve been going to open rice since undergrad and never had issues with food OR service. I recently moved to Sacramento and was in Davis so I decided to go to open rice. the boba tea is great for its low price! the only downside is the boba pearls are not very good but for the price i highly recommend! the food is also really good. staff is nice and fast service :)
