Sadly I have had countless interactions with a woman who works there who does NOT give good customer service and often has a bad attitude . Today April 11th (it was not at all busy) , I wanted to order a slush boba .. She refused to make me one saying "I'm not doing slushes right now". Walked out and didn't buy anything . It's giving bad energy .

Can't beat the prices, but I wish the sauce was included instead of costing an extra $0.50 per sauce. Good spot if you're looking for late-night or quick Chinese food.

Come here several times before it's a great place to come and grab food and appetizers when you wanna have beer. They have great quantity for the price that you pay. It's great deals for the whole menu. When you come in there, you greeted right away and the cashier is usually super Duper nice. It's an open concept with tables and chairs. There's always music playing in the background when you place an order they're usually really busy. You can wait anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes which still isn't too bad. They also make Boba there if you just want a snack there's something for everybody on the menu and it's cheap.

Portion sizes insane for the price very tasty only thing is you can’t add fried egg to specials have to pay full price but otherwise very niceSooo worth I liked the crispy pork and the vegetables and people were friendly and if u go here BUS UR OWN TABLE AND MAKE SURE TO SEPARATE COMPOST AND TRASH AND TUCK IN UR CHAIR ??

Food was great, very homemade tasting. Very affordable. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the classic fried rice with spam. Also ordered tempura string beans. Will definitely come back again

Had issues with this location before, as there's a cashier known for being rude, have a coworker who stopped going there because of specific cashier. Went in to get a boba and this cashier said she was too busy and wasn't making drinks. Watched the people ahead of us leave for the same reason.

I’ve been going to open rice since undergrad and never had issues with food OR service. I recently moved to Sacramento and was in Davis so I decided to go to open rice. Idk who the new girls that are there if they were hired recently or since I’ve left Davis but their service was DISGUSTING. Not only did they ruin my order and I had to drive BACK from sac, she was rude on the phone when explaining my situation because SHE couldn’t hear my name. In addition, when I got there they still had an attitude as if messing up my order and me not being able to enjoy my food for almost an hour because I had to drive to and from to replace it. Didn’t offer an alternative or anything and just handed me back my food that was COLD so it had been sitting there. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry so I understand but this was BEYOND just rude like as if I was inconveniencing them.
