I like sitting outside, when the weather is warm and good. I went here several times, 2-3 occasions for beer or drinks daytime, 2-3 lunches, and one dinner. You can enjoy their drinks like draft beer or soda on the table outside between lunch and dinner time or on weekdays, as they are less busy. And they get you free chips and salsa. You can spend some great relaxing time, whle they dont offer happy hours. For lunch on weekends, their services can get slow, as I do not think they have enough number of employees/servers... you need to be patient sometimes.... bills for your lunch can be full $18-20 w/o tips, which is new normal these days. Their food quality is good enough to enjoy, not the highest quality, though. Overall, great place to visit for some decent Mexican food and some cold beer at the patio outside.

So glad we decided to check this place out. Based on the yelp rating alone, I probably would not have gone, however I had a personal recommendation and it definitely lived up the expectations! Prices were really great and the food was amazing, good sized portions. Our server, Brandon, was so friendly and kind, and super attentive even though he was clearly very busy with a full section on a Saturday night. The inside decor is cute and I like that it's kind of on the edge of downtown, I'd love to come back and sit in the outdoor area. They have so many drink options but I ended up going with the blackberry margarita and it was AMAZING!

I ordered the Carnitas dinner. It was aight. The portion was alil skimpy. I live in Sacramento and drove all the way to Davis just to see if there was a difference. I heard there was. I would have to say that the one in downtown Sacramento is better. IMO

Best Mexican food and margaritas in Davis. Always great service. My family loves coming here. My kids love coming here. Margaritas are always on point. The chips and salsa here are also excellent!

The staff were incredibly accommodating for a large (30+ person) party. They have uncovered outdoor seating with heaters. They were willing to rearrange tables, split checks, etc., which made bringing a large group very easy.
