Rachel at the front is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her customer service is truly outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When she brought us our food, we were so happy because our burgers and chili cheese fries looked delicious, and she was still just as cheerful and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Wayback Burgers truly needs more people like Rachel! Highly recommend!

I was planning on grabbing something from the Hermitage Grill over on Pixlie Blvd, but when I drove past Wayback Burgers, that was enough for me! I slid in like I owned the place, and opted for a couple of dogs because I had burgers the day before, and let's get one thing straight right off the bat...The dogs from Wayback Burgers are 100% purebred, no muts or pound dogs here.. Man-O-Man were they great, probably the best hotdogs between here and there! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

Burgers were delicious! We had the bourbon bacon, A1 steakhouse, and cheesy and chili cheese fries. They were all delicious. The young gal and young man’s hospitality was amazing. They were both very kind and welcoming.

Music choice is amazing, customer service is amazing the young lady that helped me was perfect in all aspects! I think was Annika. Little pricey for my liking but I do like burgers are very good!
The burger is juicy and flavorful, it was better than expected. The Cajun tots are pretty spicy after a couple but the ranch helps. Red velvet milkshake was perfect. Huge plus for the friendly and helpful cashier.

The service good and the workers are super friendly, i have a few fave workers they are always smiling especially Annika Ryan and jevon friendly friendly people ( yes i asked their names)
