I have visited the Inn on multiple occasions to capture wedding photos! The major upside of staying here, regardless of the downsides, is just how close it is to the popular spots in the park. Other hotels are just not as close since everything outside of the park is far away. It's also a beautiful location with some good amenities. Just keep in mind that the park is still remote and this location can sometimes lose electricity. It's all a part of the fun!
What an outstanding fine dining experience for our family. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Their attentiveness and warmth elevated the entire evening.
The chef is truly talented. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It was clear a lot of care and skill went into the meal.

Inside this tunnel is incredibly cool and breezy. A nice respite from the heat outside.

The Inn at Death Valley Dining Room offers a delightful dining experience with stunning views of the salt flats and mountains. The menu features a range of options, including vegetarian choices, and guests have raved about the Fried Pickles, Caprese Salad, and Chipotle Basil Pesto Pasta. The House-Made Date Bread is a highlight, and portions are generous. The staff is accommodating and helpful, even in unexpected situations. Reservations are required for dinner, but breakfast and lunch are walk-in. Dining options in Death Valley are limited, and the Inn provides an upscale meal option. While prices may be high, the excellent food and attentive service make it worthwhile.
