“Who would expect to have a perfect steak in Death Valley? This place has the best steaks and ribs that are well worth the price and the drive. We read another review raving bout the food and decided to give it a try. The Flat Iron steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned with a cilantro compound butter and brussels sprouts. I don't like brussels sprouts but these were not bitter at all and were really good. My husband had the BBQ ribs that were so tinder and flavorful. The chef took time out to personally check on each of the guest. The environment and service was relaxed and welcoming. They didn't serve ice with the drinks but they were so cold they didn't need ice. It was our most enjoyable meal on our vacation and one of the best steaks I have ever had.“

“Honestly a great place with great service. Stopped here twice on our tour, once they didn’t have power so they had Power Out Special - basic ham or turkey sandwich with a soda and chips for $10 cash. Hit the spot between hikes. Second time they had power and the food was great. Burgers were solid, chicken wrap was filling, and the turkey sandwich was legit. Highly recommend, great for families.“

“What a great find in the desert! Huge fresh salad, cup of bison chili was great, fries are excellent. Hubby’s Burger and fries also very good. Soup was good too! Lots of ice water to help ourselves to- perfect when is over 100 degrees ! Would definitely recommend

“I have visited the Inn on multiple occasions to capture wedding photos! The major upside of staying here, regardless of the downsides, is just how close it is to the popular spots in the park. Other hotels are just not as close since everything outside of the park is far away. It's also a beautiful location with some good amenities. Just keep in mind that the park is still remote and this location can sometimes lose electricity. It's all a part of the fun!“
