They became a chain and the only chain I know that serves this level of freshness!
I highly recommend this place for either lunch or dinner!

We'll miss Greg but the staff in general is wonderful. Granted we may have a problem and eat there too often but today, the young lady remembered our order! Amazing! We miss the one on 7th and McDowell in PHX but this one has our business.

This is our favorite Jersey Mikes. It has an awesome dinner deal - buy one get one for 5$ after 5pm. The team here is super fast, kind, and welcoming.

We usually go for the #8, mikes way, no onions, add yellow mustard and banana peppers. It’s a super club with crispy bacon, ham, and turkey with lettuce, tomato, and provolone.

The #99 is also awesome - it’s a Philly cheese steak with chipotle mayo. Add extra mushrooms if you’re feeling sassy.

Definitely worth coming in!

Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and ordered a mini because I'm small and can't eat alot. Well the kid at the register
struck up a conversation with me and
me not realizing he charged me for a regular. I get distracted easily. This has happened to me before. Sandwich here is usually good but today the bread was a little stale. I'll come back but will make sure I don't get ripped off.

Really mediocre service. Location is everything. I’ve ordered pick up here for lunch several times, and after allowing over 30 mins for my order to be made, I show up and my sandwich hasn’t even been started. This has happened to me more than once and I never get an apology or any acknowledgment at all actually. Very poor service which is a bummer because I love jersey mikes and it’s the one closest to where I live. I’ll be going to board and brew from now on instead.

Ordered a hot sandwich in person with a modification to remove something I am allergic to. It was made with the item anyways. This has happened to me several times before. I will not be ordering here again.

Had a gift card that went through the wash and didn't work. Contacted the corporate office in NJ and they sent a new gift card. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! YAY!

I asked for a sandwich but the bread on the side because I only wanted a little bit and they wouldn't give it to me. They charged me same price to put sandwich contents in a bowl as it would be with the bread then I spoke to Kim the manager and she said you get a sandwich or the bowl but bread on side is against "the rules".I called Solana Beach location to ask if that was true they said you can get bread on the side as bowl and sandwich are the SAME price….

Disgusting. The guy making the sandwiches made my sandwich touched meats, fixings, counters and register with the same gloves on, then he proceeded to make another customer's sandwich. Touching all the things with the same gloves on. Unbelievable!!when I voiced my concerns to the girl behind the counter she acted like she didn't really care. I asked for the manager, she said she's not in. I then proceeded to tell the male making the sandwich that he should really change his gloves for customers safety and proper hygiene. The girl behind the counter said to me, " I can talk to him" I told her, so why don't you tell him to change his gloves?? Again she proceeds to tell me,"I can talk to him, have a nice day"She never told him to change the gloves. He then proceeded to change the gloves. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

The staff here is what keeps me coming back. I'm always welcomed by every team member and they all have a sense of urgency. During this visit, the staff were all extremely efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond with making sure that I had everything I needed and any additional condiments for my sandwiches. They even hand delivered the sandwiches to me while I was waiting outside.
