Based on the reviews, Mariscos Las Islitas Delano is a wonderful restaurant with amazing and fresh food. The atmosphere is great, featuring music Español with a man on guitar and accordion, making it a great place for a first date, family dinner, or a stop in the Central Valley. The shrimp and steak platter comes with a side salad, rice, beans, and a mild pico de gallo. The fish taco is the bomb, and the ceviche de pescado and camarones al veneno are rated 5/5. The service is friendly and quick, with a server who provides customer service that is second to none. The hosts check on you often to make sure drinks are filled. The price is high but the food never disappoints. While the shrimp empanadas had chewy dough, the Caldo's, ceviche, aguachillis, and tostadas are recommended. The restaurant is nice, clean, and has plenty of seating.
