Surprisingly, there is a very high-end sushi chef hidden in the desert. They serve good Korean-style sushi 🍣 Maki, and sashimi. They also have a selection of Korean dishes, soups, and ramen 🍜.
I have been a repeat customer for many years now. Years ago, the management suffered and was holding back a lot of potential from this restaurant, but it eventually was revamped, and the menu/food took off to become quite an amazing reflection of what you expect in a high end sushi restaurant. I used to enjoy sitting at the bar alone to enjoy the experience of small talk with the sushi chefs while they would occasionally hand me unique one offs that were very authentic to a Japanese...
I have been to sushi places of all kinds, expensive and cheap, near the ocean and by las Vegas.
This sushi joint has completely surprised me by its quality of food and professionalism by the chef. This place is an outlier .
