I had the carnitas burrito. Fantastic. Wish I visited here earlier in my trip. It's a taco truck so I don't know where it's normal location is, not this time it was in Amazon fulfillment center feeding construction workers.
I had seen their truck around but never wanted to try it until they would move. Fantastic birria, incredibly flavorful queso and salsas, and delicious horchata. A real treat for lunch!
