“The manager of this restaurant, Erika, should be training every manager. It was my birthday, and I was sad. He went to the counter and told Erika about this and asked if she would sing to make his grandma feel special. This is not a normal policy. Well that is exactly she did in the middle of a busy day. They brought me a cake and sang, and I felt very special, and my grandson was oh so proud. My 8yr. old grandson loves when we go inside your nice clean restaurant and have dinner, it is always a special time for us, and we talk. You know there are some qualities you just can't pay a person to have and although Erika runs a very tight ship, she has those qualities above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
