This restaurant is listed on DoorDash so I attempted to order online, it processed successfully and told me my order was on its way. Door Dash got here an hour later to tell me that Capri Italian Restaurant does not do Door Dash so call Door Dash to cancel it. I could not believe it! Starving, waiting for an hour, looking forward to Italian food only to be left wanting. I never got to taste the food, and had to order from a competing restaurant: Rocky's New York Style Pizzeria . Order from there instead

Way out here in the desert it’s not the easiest thing to find good food. But this place doesn’t miss. Highly recommended. I’m eating eggplant Parmesan and my husband got the burger then we got the fried zucchini and some sort of apple walnut salad all of it was spectacular and the waitress was just fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here.

Little hidden gem inside the Miracle Spa Resort. Chicken marsala, and lasagna with the Bolognese sauce was delicious. Great suggestion from our amazing waiter Tommy. Wonderful smile and great personality. Cobb Salad and Tiramisu was also super yummy. We will definitely be visiting again. Check it out!

My husband and I are celebrating our 14th year anniversary. We decided to come for some Italian. The restaurant was completely empty. An elderly couple came in a couple of minutes after us. They were looking around just like my husband and I.My husband decided to call to see if the restaurant was opened and the service hosts right came out. The host told us we could sit anywhere, and we did.I had to calm my husband because he saw right away that the other couple's orders were taken. You would think the other couple would acknowledge that we came in first and called for someone to come out. But they didn't. I told my husband to just let it go because out of respect, they were elderly.At this time, my husband started the timer on his phone because he's used to discrimination, being looked over, or just not being catered to.The waitress brought us water and asked if we wanted something else to drink, and we asked that she would allow us a few minutes to look over the menu, and she walked away. Another couple came in. The waitress asked if they wanted drinks. A few minutes later, she delivered their drinks and took their order.Meanwhile, my husband and I are still waiting for her to return to us. We waited about a good 15 mins before she came back to us and asked if we were ready to order. She may not have been aware of what was happening. But my husband politely described our experience to her, bringing attention to what just happened. She was apologetic, and we appreciate that. But we decided to leave the restaurant.My husband felt led to inform the front desk of the hotel. One of the receptionists didn't even look up. But the one who listened, she offered to pay for our meal, and we graciously declined. Although we appreciate the offer, it's the principle behind it all.People who work in places that require customer service should always be ready, attentive, and aware of the customers and to effectively meet the needs of people who are willing to spend their money for the service.We hope the restaurant staff will learn appropriate customer etiquette/effective skills to understand, respond appropriately, and provide better customer service.Thanks

This review is for the Cobb salad I recently ordered to go. DON'T order it. I have been stung twice by ordering the Cobb salad at Capri. The previous one had wilted lettuce. I mentioned that to the person who took this recent order. I also said that I didn't want it made with iceberg lettuce as a true Cobb is made with romaine. Ok, so I picked it up, went back to chaise lounge to eat it and found it made exclusively with iceberg. Yikes! But the most disappointing part was there was hardly any turkey, very little hard boiled egg (and the egg that was in it was rubbery), very little tomato, didn't see much if any, of blue cheese either. The only thing this salad had going for it was that it had a decent amount of sliced avocado. It was a mess. Chefs Robert Irvine and Guy Fieri would not have approved.

They need a better website area for the Capri. Take a few minutes and update the menu. I have friends going there for lunch, I am vegan so I wanted to see the menu... Well, you can't see much of anything, except $10 smoothies or drinks. They must have pasta or something, but they don't list the food. Just 2 sandwiches. Unless you want breakfast, that they listed.

The food here is atrocious honestly. The pasta dishes all taste like poor quality microwave meals and are tough to tolerate. We only took a few bites before calling it a night and we had to track down our waitress to get the check. The staff were very friendly but also quite forgetful and largely absent.
