The mole at Delicias is absolutely 10/10! It has the perfect balance of rich, savory, and slightly sweet flavors that make every bite unforgettable. You can tell it’s made with care and authentic ingredients. The sauce is smooth, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with the meal. It’s honestly some of the best mole I’ve ever tasted. If you visit Delicias, trying the mole is a must! The food, service, and overall experience are excellent, but the mole is the true star of the menu.

ZERO STARS. I had to do an hour detour and they tell me they are closed at 8:15pm while their hours says it closes at 9pm. Their food is great but it’s a terrible management and terrible assistance to customers, there was also another family in the parking lot that arrived at the same time and got turned away
Bad service and the ceviche made me vomit 30 min after eating it. When I was asked how my service was when I was ready for the check,, I said I would’ve liked more water (my water glass remained empty), I was cussed out by the owner, and she literally threw my cash tip at me, said she didn’t want it. I left it regardless. She followed me out the door telling me to never return. I won’t. Then her male employees threatened me in the parking lot. Oh, and their margaritas cost $27!! This place is CRAZY.

Here’s what you’ll find at Delicia’s Mexican restaurant: Authentic, creative, delicious food and drink. I hope that the Michelin folks have this charming spot on their radar and can sample the farm-fresh street foods, moles and amazing craft cocktails. Delicia’s is a treat. Dine there asap.

Nice place. I felt like I was in Mexico city. Finally a place where there is not BANDA and corridos music. This is an authentic Mexico City food place. Esta perron

Excellent food, margaritas were amazing
Worse food and customer service in town.
I've always passed by and wanted to try, finally got the chance. I regret it so much. Food was so bad, no flavor at all and smelled strong. On top of that, customer service was bad. I let the older lady that the food was not good and I wanted the bill, still got charged full price for something not edible.Worse food and customer service in town.

What a wonderful casual but upscale restaurant with some local speciality dishes and very friendly staff. You could feel the sense of community that exists here in Desert Hot Springs while at the restaurant!

2 burritos, 4 tacos and 2 drinks should not cost 100$, the food was decent. But definitely not worth it.
I am from Mexico City.. and when I tell you that the food is authentic is because I truly mean it!
The flavors, the presentation, the customer service, the atmosphere at Delicias was amazing!!
My husband and I are visiting from LA and found this gem (thankfully and luckily) and we had every meal here during our stay at Desert Hot Springs.
Armando was amazing and hearing his story was so inspiring! If you are in town and need to have real good food, then this is your sign!

Delicias was a delightful restaurant which pleased my appetite. I came into the restaurant craving authentic Mexican cuisine, and my craving was needless to say, satisfied. I enjoyed a meal of carne asada tacos, and chorizo tacos. The tacos were rich with flavor, and served with delightful pickled onions. My waitress catered to my needs flawlessly, allowing me to order a dessert, even after I had my bill. The churro was light, soft, and delicious. The overall experience was absolutely splendid, kudos to this restaurant for the incredible authenticity.

I can’t believe this place is not 5 starts!!! It’s beautiful inside, the staff are amazing, the food is DELICIOUS and the music playlist is on point. It’s busy all the time because wait until you try the mole flight.

Overall this is a nice place to grab a bite. They were busy durring my visit so I know things can fall through the cracks. I felt they could use a dedicated bus boy but otherwise, the flavor and presentation were good. I like the server was plesant and the ambiance is unique. I would come back again.
