I've been eating here for years! This place is the only place in the valley that really reminds me of my family from China/Vietnam. I haven't had better Chinese noodles anywhere around here. The vibe and decoration in the restaurant makes me feel like I'm in my family's houses. Plus everyone in the restaurant is super friendly. Wait times are super short. And the food is awesome. If you haven't tried it you definitely should.

Don't judge this book by its cover, it's a really great place - the only place I eat when I come to DHS for getaway staycations, a couple times a year. Authentic Cantonese cuisine, extensive menu, great portions, super friendly ownership. I always order the broccoli shrimp and/or Singapore noodles and I've never been disappointed. Only negative of this place? It's closed on Monday. That was a bummer the time I was here on a Monday and eagerly drove up there to get their food but now I know, and now you know.

Kam Lun is proof that good food will make you feel at home wherever you are. The food here was delicious. Standouts were the coconut shrimp and the lo mein. The shrimp was crispy and flavorful, prepared the same way as the Canto dish walnut shrimp that I grew up eating every family gathering (but without the walnuts). The lo mein had great flavor and bite. To be honest, I didn't expect such delicious food from a quiet store in the middle of the desert. Two thumbs up 👍👍

DHS does not have many culinary standouts! But I have to say wow, this place is one of the best I have had in multiple states including DCs China town!

This place is somewhat hiding, dark and not lit well, but well worth the trip! One dish that is absolutely amazing and I have never had before was the coconut shrimp! It’s not your typical dry tempura type, not at all! You must try,

The Beef Lo Mein, fried rice, all excellent dishes. I sampled several other dishes all excellent! Cheese or “crab Rangoon” is good not great. I have been 4 times and they have been consistently great each time.

They have several specials $18 for fried rice choice of beef lomein, and other dishes an egg roll, 2 cheese Rangoon, I don’t have all the details but be sure to check out the specials they are pretty cheap.

My meal of fried rice, beef Lo Mein, egg roll, crab Rangoon, coconut shrimp was $41 total amazing!!!

We ordered three dishes—pork, beef, and vegetables—but each dish was covered with the same greasy sauce. It tasted terrible, and we could barely swallow it. When we paid the bill, the Chinese Ms. added a tip to the check without my permission, and I disagreed with what she did. She then told us never to come to this restaurant again. I completely agree with her conclusion—we will never go back. In a Chinese restaurant, I have never encountered such bad food and service before. Don’t go there! It's a nightmare.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, and each visit has been a consistently enjoyable experience. It’s a unique Chinese dining spot that offers something a little different from your typical places. The staff here remembers what we ordered everytime.

The food here is genuinely authentic Chinese cuisine, with rich flavors and traditional dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. Every meal feels freshly prepared and thoughtfully cooked, and the menu offers a great variety without being overwhelming. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and taste you get.

Whether you’re coming with family, friends, or just looking for a satisfying meal, this place delivers every time. It’s definitely one of those hidden gems that you appreciate more with each visit.

This place is awful. They couldn’t even get my order right, and what they did send was barely edible. The food was greasy, flavorless, and honestly tasted old. When I called to let them know, the staff couldn’t have cared less. Zero effort, zero quality, zero customer service.
Save your money — there are plenty of better Chinese restaurants out there. This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
