Unfortunately, I’ve had to stop coming to this location because my orders are consistently incorrect. I completely understand wanting to keep the drive-thru moving, but fast service shouldn’t come at the expense of accuracy or quality. I’d rather wait a little longer and receive what I actually ordered. Sorry y’all, but after years of giving this spot a chance, I had to call it. 😭

This Starbucks Coffee Company location offers great hospitality with sweet employees who keep the place very clean and create a great vibe. Orders are always correct, whether online or in store, and service is quick. The staff is consistently in a good mood, kind, and top notch, making even the worst mornings better. Regulars are known by name, and multiple staff members say hello and goodbye. Coffee and sandwich come out quickly. However, prices are getting a little pricey. Some complaints include permanent marker on hands from sweating cups and lemon pound cake served in a bag in a bag, which seems wasteful. The drive-thru lane moves very slowly, so going inside is faster for those in a hurry. Despite these issues, customers love Starbucks and note that when mistakes happen, the staff always makes it right.
