Tried this chillis twice with gap of 2 years. This is the only location where I was served stale chips. Food is mediocre compared to other Chili’s. Service was okays.

The bar staff let a drunk literally fly a drone inside around customers as he continued to crash it into things and then booed their manager when she tried to stop the guys. The bar staff teased the manager saying things like “here comes the fun police”. Later a drunk elderly man come up behind me and started poking my shoulder and then trying to hide on the other side of me like a child. Stop encouraging this type of behavior
Is the coffee machine broken or just don't want to give it to customers? Charge the free chips and salsa even she was reminded it's free. She just crossed out the item but didn't change the bill. Instead of making the correction, she just offered gift cards and no apologies.

When I first got here, I noticed that it was packed with many people. I got seated right away and the server was really kind. I got the chicken crispers and fries….It touched my soul. I’m not joking. I really really recommend this place.
