The woman on the cash register is unprofessional and disrespectful to not only her staff members but the customers. She did not wear work attire and her hair was a mess. She was pointing at customers and staff. In addition to telling her staff that she would fire them if they didn’t work faster and bossed them around.

Sandwiches are fine. Nothing to rave about, just fine. Service is awful. Owner obviously doesn't care. Their phone has been broken for months so you can't really hear to place the order. They rave about how fast their delivery is yet they often don't have any drivers to deliver the food. So you order sandwiches and just go pick them up. You usually have to wait because they haven't bothered to make your sandwiches yet.

I am a fan of the chain since living in Illinois 15 years ago. This was the worst sandwich ever. Please make the sandwich as intended Preslee. Not even edible.. eat at jimmy john just not this location.

Got the turkey Tom and it was absolutely flavorless. . I'm not sure if this is all Jimmy John's or just this location. Definitely never going back though.

I purchased this month a few sandwiches and they were awesome. Bread was fresh as well. No skimping here on the meat as well. Way better than Jersey Mikes or over prices Subway. I cannot say enough about how great the sandwiches are at Jimmy Johns. Like the quality of a good Deli in New York.

Let me tell you why this is a 5 star review... these staff members work hard when they are obviously under staffed. I went in today 8/17 around 12pm and there were about 10 people in the restaurant all coming in to order their lunches and only 3 staff members behind the counter. You could also see they were trying to complete a large catering order. Although I had to wait a little longer the staff were positive, apologetic (even though they didn't need to be) and getting the job done! I felt bad because you could feel the stress but they were great. I've gone here for years and yes, my orders been incorrect before but I will take the positive staff anytime over what you get at other food places! Props to this team.

We came in and it was pretty busy. Before we walked in the next customer in front of us was up against the door. That's how busy they were.There was a lady worker. She's a regular. While the guy at the cashier was taking orders. The lady was already listening and working on the sandwich orders with the other employees. Then she would ask the people in line their orders before we even got to the cashier. By the time we even paid our order was already all done. We were so amazed with her efficiency that we asked for her name. Thank you Virginia!!! You're awesome!!!As for the sandwiches they're always fresh and made well.

I can make every single thing on the menu at home cheaper, better and probably even faster... I dont get places like this one... Not a single cooked sandwich, all coldcuts.... I go out to eat because i want something I cant just whip up myself in 30 seconds... Total waste of money!

Just got a beach club from there and I bit my sandwich and I literally had to spit it out something went bad whatever they put in here, I will never go here again I’m very disappointed . I don’t recommend
