Will never eat here again, had a pot pie no chicken in the pot pie, 4 small cubed potatoes, I counted 8 balls of green peas, 5 sliced carrots and the rest was soupy, no crust on bottom of the pot pie, a little sliver of chicken (and I mean a sliver)

I never eat at KFC, but on this particular evening driving very far away I thought I would stop in. I made my order in the drive-thru and pulled to the window. I don't know how long I was sitting there. No one came. So I left. Maybe I should have stayed. Maybe the food would have been ultra fresh, but I just couldn't take that long. She didn't even come to take my money And give me my drink while I was waiting, but oh well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bright and clean eating area with no customers. The chicken however was soggy and lacked flavor. Had not been to a KFC is about 5 years and was deeply disappointed with the food. Even the gravey for the mashed potatoes lacked flavor! We willl try it one more time and if it still lacks taste and flavor we will sadly leave them for the history books and let someone else patronize the franchise.

The woman that work there are terrible with customer service skills. They have horrible attitudes. There not friendly at all. The food is good but that is it. I would go there if it wasn't the closet KFC. The men are better then the woman. I give the customers 1 star. I would give zero if I could all because if the 3 ladies working there.

I stopped to purchase a meal to take home. I was the only one in the drive-through nobody inside the shop. I should’ve checked my bag before I left, but I didn’t. I get home a 40 minute drive home. I ordered two items the Tuesday special of chicken eight pieces for $12 and two biscuits à la cart $2.99, I did not receive the biscuits. So now I’m trying to call and the phone just rings. How can you get the order wrong when I was the only one in the drive-through this is a constant issue with this shop.
I was actually pleasantly surprised at how tasty the "new" macaroni chicken bowls are at KFC. This time I ordered "Korean bbq" and "Hot Nashville" flavored bowls. Also a 2 piece chicken mash potato biscuit box. Everything is $5 each! Now that's priced right and tasty! I will try them again....

I ordered 16 pcs family meal, but I knew it they are using old oil becoz all the chickens are dark. Breast was big but most legs and wing was too small sizes. I will not use anymore this place. This is waist of my money $55 dollars for 16 pcs meal.

My wife and I went to pickup an online order and the whole restaurant smelled like human waste. The employee behind the counter said it was a sewage leak. Our main issue was that their still preparing food! We have never been in a place that smelled so bad in our lives. We tried to cancel our order but I have to call during business hours.. Overall, I believe this violates health codes and needs to be looked into immediately. Please send a representative to this location ASAP!
