We are very dissatisfied with our order. It was over 40 minutes late from time it left the oven. We asked for extra sauce on the pizza, and there was not extra sauce. The app expected us to tip, but the service was so sub-par when I called just looking for an order update, I feel like I was robbed.

Whenever I come to this place, the worker is not there. This is the fifth time. It's like he doesn't want to do his job. He just sits in the back and does his phone and if he is there, he says you could only get sodas and icee. No other pizza hut does this. Save some time and go somewhere else.

My pepperoni pizza arrived super late. I understand things probably get busy on a Friday night, but jeez I could have gone to the grocery store, bought ingredients, came home, whipped out a cook book - and made my own peperoni pizza in the amount of time it took for the delivery guy to get to my house. He take a road trip to Oregon first or something???

Horrible service i ordered online then they called to tell me that they were out of what i wanted then turned around and wanted to charge me $25 for just one medium pizza and didn't honor the discount. I ordered a new pizza and now it has been over an hour and my pizza still hasn't been delivered. I tried calling and i kept getting transferred from this person and that person. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
