We are very dissatisfied with our order. It was over 40 minutes late from time it left the oven. We asked for extra sauce on the pizza, and there was not extra sauce. The app expected us to tip, but the service was so sub-par when I called just looking for an order update, I feel like I was robbed.

Yes Diamond Bar Pizza Hut has closed. it was never better than when manager America was running things. They had some great pan pizza.

Once I walked in just looks at me & starts shaking her head idk if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. & as I'm adding more to my order she gets the receipt that comes out from the back and just pulls it with attitude like girl if you aint happy with your job you can go work ELSE WHERE!!! Never again first&LAST time I'll be coming here. UPDATE so I ordered a pizza and wings but since when don't the wings come with ranch? I go inside to receive my order and the lady that was with the attitude charged me for a ranch when I clearly purchased wings all of the other Pizza Hut never charge me for ranch when I buy wings. RIDICULOUS

Not much for reviews but this had to be posted. Both humerous and maddening rolled into one. Arrive for curb side pizza and 10 minutes after goes by and no walk up. I go inside, ask for my curbside pizza and they can't figure out where it is. 5 min later guys walks in and says this isn't my veggie lovers pizza its meat lovers. Worker takes said pizza from him and hands it to me. I say, you can't give me this pizza. She says why?....why. She said why cant I give you this pizza. I said because I don't know where this pizza has been, and you can't give food to a customer that has been in another customer's hands. Oh and ya know the whole corona virus thing going around. She said, well it'll take 15 more minutes. Not sorry, not yes you're right, my bad. So I replied, I guess I'm gonna have to wait 15 more minutes aren't I. Pizza comes out. No I'm sorry. No nothing. Here dude. And now I've become a Yelp blogging troll. Thank you pizza hut worker.

If I could give a 0 stars I would this is the second time this place does this to me they took over an hour to get to my house when I live 5 minutes away from this location and when we got our food we asked if there was anything we needed to sign and she said no "unless you want to give me a tip" she asked for a tip are you kidding me and look how our food came! When I called and called they kept hanging up on me after I kept exposing that the text notification about my order were saying they left over 30 minutes ago they still were not at my house and again I live 5 minutes away from this location I will never be ordering from here again

My family's go-to place to order out pizza! The service has always been great and we've been getting pizza from here for a few years now. Their service is pretty efficient and prices are great for the pizzas. Staff are all friendly and provide great service! The pizzas from here are all pretty great as well. They have a really nice variety, including different pizza sauces other than the classic tomato sauce. One of my favorites include a sauce that tastes like alfredo. Definitely will keep ordering from here in the future, great location!

Ordered dinner box that comes with cinnamon and cheese sticks. Cheap and fast. Picked it up. Got home no sauce for both of the sticks. Very disappointed. Too far to drive back. They have one job. How difficult is it to check and double check items ordered. Had to ask for napkins.

Whenever I want pizza and pasta, Pizza Hut is my place to go! There's many different types of pizza crust, toppings, sides, and pastas to choose from. I usually order online and it's super easy and convenient & whenever I go pick up the food, the service is really fast too. I like the garlic buttery crust on the pizza & for toppings I usually get pepperoni, chicken, pineapple and mushrooms. The alfredo pasta with chicken here is really tasty too! There's always coupons/ deals at Pizza Hut too so the pizza is inexpensive!

This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a pizza place pizza took over 1hr and when it got here was cold call to complain was put on hold and transferred 3 time and kept on hold you win I will never spend another penny at this place pirate pizza here we come
Please read the reviews before purchasing! 1. Wrong order 2. Store never answered 3. Called the customer service line 17 times. I continued getting transferred back to the store. (Store didn't answer) 4. Customer service wasn't willing to help. They just continued transferring me. I've never had this issue, lol. I'm still shocked by their customer service. In addition, the one pizza that was made correctly looked horrible.

There are 3-4 different pizza shop around my house. Each has their unique style but today wanted to try Chicago style pan but I got New York style. Little over month ago, I order pizza & chicken wings and had good experiences. It was warm thick juicy buttery crust with lots of sauce & topping but today It was thin dry crust with hardly any sauce & burnt topping. Chicken wings were dry and hard like jerky. I gave my phone number and they had record of my previous order so I ordered the same thing but got totally different experience. Not tasty at all. I gave extra star for service. She was very nice & friendly!!

This place is the dirtiest pizza place on planet. No one is in charge, anyone walks in with money from delivery and starts cutting pizza. It is just no o e gives a dam! Oh, don't order ham pizza. They give you like 4 pieces of ham on your pizza and call a triple topping. They can't figure out or think outside the box on orders or specials. Don't go in there! Run unless you want food poisoning with a side of stupidity and plain rudeness. This place sucks!

Manager Chris was extremely rude after delivering the wrong pizza, refusing to deliver the right one after we already paid for delivery, then giving us the wrong pizza again after coming to pick it up and it was cold. Worst experience in customer service ever. Will never be buying from here again. Hire someone else stat.
