This is some of the best sushi that I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, because I spent many years living in Japan. The focus is on quality. It’s not cheap, nor should it be. You are paying for high-grade, quality, and freshness that is hard to find, especially in this area. I tested them out with the few items that you see pictured here and I’m definitely going to use them for an upcoming dinner party. I really like having an option like this available in Diamond...
I ordered the poke sushi and a mocha latte, and both were excellent. The poke sushi was super fresh with great flavor and generous portions. Everything tasted really clean and well-balanced. The mocha latte was surprisingly good too—smooth, not overly sweet, and a perfect match with the meal. The service was friendly and fast, and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!
So happy to finally have a unique option in Diamond Bar! I came during the soft opening and everything was amazing.
I ended up ordering the poke bowl and it was very nice! the fish was super fresh, the sauces were delish, and the tempura flakes added a perfect crunch. I also loved the hand rolls which had a great, balanced ratio of fish to rice. My favorite is the spicy tuna!
