I took the SYD BBQ class, the information and education was worth more than the price of the class. I especially appreciated the positive tone of the class. Harry was very polite, attentive to the questions we asked, entertaining, he has a very commanding personality. What we put out as students of this class will speak for its self. I've taken his class. You get to learn how to cook all 4 competition meats (chicken, ribs, pork butt/shoulder and brisket). My BBQ skills were so so and they are amazing compared to where I was. If you like food, cooking and want to just get better on BBQ, I highly recommend this class.

I have been following Harry on YouTube and Patreon for about 2 years now. Covid got on the way of taking his class, but lo and behold, my turn came up in early November 2021. Class was better than I expected. Harry is passionate, patient, and a very good teacher. Pro Level. I picked up some great black belt tips on how to finally master Texas sty tole brisket. I also was pleasant surprised to get some great steak tips as well. Got some good advice on some gear too, but was not pressured or pushed into buying anything. Love the fact we got lifetime technical support as well. Would highly recommend this class.

I learned more in one day with Harry than I could in years of trial and error. Priceless lessons on meat selection, prep, flavors, bark and smoke ring, etc. Super informative and real world lessons to take my Q to five more levels. Reporting in after a 4 hour rib cook I did myself! I took the class last week on Sept 21, and I was blown away by the amount of detail that went into everything. We were taught how to prepare and smoke all of these cuts: Steak Pork Ribs (Spare ribs, St. Louis) Pork Butt Tri-Tip Brisket Chicken The class ran from 7:45am and we left around 3pm after lunch. I would HIGHLY recommend this class to any aspiring BBQer because I watched so many of the videos, but it doesn't compare to being there in person watching and experimenting yourself! Eat a small breakfast, because food comes out every hour for you to try and by the end of the day, I was stuffed! Meat sweats and food coma for sure! Harry's love for BBQ shines through the class and his vision for everyone to spread BBQ love is contagious! I loved it so much I would even go AGAIN in the future to refresh on the foundations of BBQ. Thanks again Harry! Kevin
