Their Baristas dont make the best drinks. Even when you ask to make it over, they keep trying to salvage the bad one they made. I typically get the iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup. My drink is never sweet because They are so heavy on the matcha that my entire tongue is a dark green from drinking a few sips.

I came in for a triple shot thinking it was expired and was told it was a sell by date? Then I go to the target across get the same item 2 for 5$ and the dates are September and October 2025 ? Im not sure who to trust :( I’m not going to drink the one I bought from here. Everyone was really nice though 🥲

Morning shift is horrible. I ordered a venti hot chocolate, half of the cup was empty and had an eye lash hair inside my cup. It happened today around 0800. Whoever worked the morning shift, you are disgusting for doing that.

JACKIE the Supervisor was completely ignorant when it came to getting drink remaid. She Said it cost them hours to remake and they didn’t make profit so it was not worth doing it for another store. I had my receipt and drink in hand and she complete disregarded good customer service
