Came to purchase gift cards, and was told that there is no more sleeves for the card. That was no problem. My only issue was when I asked the cashier if I was able to get small cups to put the cards in with the lid, she never responded, and then she only gave me one cup with no lid very disappointed!

WELL DONE….hiring manager must be incredible…been coming here everyday almost for 5 years….the whole entire crew is phenomenal…straight up family vibes. Never had one negative experience…there always so clean and quick. I hope nothing but the best for all the employees here.

This place is very inconsistent, especially in the morning time going to work. The drive-through is closed (sign blocking the drive thru ) or the entire store . This after 6 AM. I see people working inside but everything’s locked up it just kind of annoying that on Google maps it says open but you get to the store and drive-through is closed and the store is closed. I won’t waste my time in the morning. I’ll go to a different Starbucks.

Short of staff. Long waiting. Waited for about 20 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. Nothing special just regular late coffee with different flavors. Bad experience.

Placed a drive through order for my wife on Wednesday morning, November 13, for a Vente peppermint mocha made with DECAF coffee with whipped cream. I got home and my wife tried the drink and said she couldn’t drink it because it was made wife regular coffee. She is very sensitive to caffeine!

She called this Starbucks and verified the location and explained the situation. the person at this location apologized and said they would mark their board with a credit for either me or our granddaughter who frequents this location at least 3 times a week.
I went through the line Thursday morning , November 14, with my granddaughter for breakfast and a drink before school. I told the employee about the pending credit and she said they had no record of that. After waiting in the car line for nearly 1/2 hour we got to the window and the warm food was ready but not cold drink.

This Starbucks location has very slow service bordering on no service at all. We will be going somewhere else!

Today, I was placed an order and went to pick up my drink. But, I did not see the drink and my phone was shown still processing. I talked to the worker and she told me I went to the wrong place. Since I did not double check it, I drove to the other store but there is still no drink. After that store manager helped me and checked my history, it was cold spring store. But, I don’t want to go back.Another time, this store was renovation and cloaed but the App still allowed me to place the order so the price was paid but nothing to get.Very bad experience happened in this store. I will suggest you not use App to place your coffee here.

There is often a wait here. Sometimes they didn’t follow specific requests, and it resulted in me having an allergic reaction once. Most of the time they are professionals. The baristas need to understand when people switch out or change add ons, very often it is for specific allergies. Some are allergic to soy, some allergic to oatmeal, some to diary, and some to caffeine.
