She is a very hard worker, courteous and friendly. We stopped by to get a coffee ,pumpkin spice latte before we went shopping in target. This establishment is located in target. The structure is a bit smaller than the ones we've been to. We waited 10 minutes for our coffee not to blame the young lady working there because she had no help. The service was courteous and friendly. The structure was decorated nicely. They have free Wi-Fi. They also have many different food items and coffees and tea the pumpkin spice latte was made perfectly thanks to the employee .There's plenty of parking with handicap stalls close to the front entrance

Personally I'm not too fond of Starbucks because of the Union denial. And all bashing of the employees they don't deserve that I am standing with Starbucks employees but not with Starbucks itself. Sorry but that's just how I feel. I stand by Starbucks employees I reiterate.

I just wanted to say thank you to the barista that was there on Sunday because she did an awesome job with my Peppermint mocha frappe I wish I could go here everyday but unfortunately I work in Ontario and I need the drive-thru during the week when I work. Do not go to the Ontario Starbucks off of Archibald and Inland Empire they don't know what they're doing, but this place in this Target has been the best so far that I had to give a review and I have photos to prove it. So the 1st picture was from the barista here at Diamond Bar and the second is from Ontario, the same drink ordered but idk what the heck happens at the Ontario Starbucks that their drinks are lacking a whole lot!

I got a cup of coffee it tasted different at this location. My friends got a hot chocolate hers was really good she let me take a sip! They made us wear a mask it was pretty clean inside.

The two guys working yesterday seriously need to be retrained by Starbucks. I normally mobile order but target Starbucks don't do that. When I went to order about 3 instructions in the seemed confused so I showed him my order which I will attach. He quickly said okay and handed my cup off to the next guy to make my drink. Immediately when being handed my drink I could tell it was wrong because there should be cold foam at the top. When I started to speak up I was told I should "remember to ask for it next time" which I then responded "I did." It was so awkward I left and tried it in my car. It was not good. Soooo I went back even though I didn't want to deal with them again. I went up to the counter and told them how I did order correctly it was just made wrong. They seemed very annoyed to remake it and the first guy who made my drink actually left the area to go face products behind me while the cashier made it. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. Starbucks in target clearly don't have the same training and values. Which sucks because this target is the best on around.

If I could give 0 I would. The guy helping me was the rudest Starbucks employees that I've dealt with in my whole life. he was no help and I left target very upset because of him. He was the only person working Friday, February 5 at 2:30 PM. I will never go to this Starbucks at target again because of his rude service. I didn't even get anything that's how upset I was. I couldn't even talk to a manager because the phones are just hard to get ahold of somebody. I never leave bad reviews but this flamboyant j*** was on another level. It is one thing to clearly hate your job and another to be rude to any person who just wants to get a Starbucks drink. When I walked away he even said bye and such a rude tone and manner.

I was very disappointed. We waited over thirty minutes for two simple drinks. There was only one woman working while the two other workers didn't do much. While we were there post mates employees had to wait longer than us and then they also kept making their drinks wrong. Never coming here again. If I could get a zero star I would.
