I first experienced Chef Christian's offerings in 1979 in the Bay Area at L'Escargot - Burlingame, and was so delighted to rediscover Allez in Diamond Springs when we moved to the Foothills some 40 years later in 2019. Wonderful classic French cusine, beautifully executed! And we love their lunch boxes & desserts!
Allez has always had amazing food and an extremely friendly staff. It’s my favorite place in the whole county. Try the Chicken Florentine Pasta or the Prawns Martiniquais
