We ordered the 6 roll platter. Let me tell you, this was FIRE💯 I’ve eaten many different sushi’s but here the taste is amazing. It was very fresh, amazing presentation, very filling and the variety of rolls was awesome. The food and atmosphere was amazing but my only complaint is that I ordered well done and my steak was not well done it was bloody and red but besides that it was good. The wait for our food was an hour long when they said it was going to be 45😔
We ordered the flamin hot roll and the tres queso’s roll
The rolls were fresh and looked appetizing but the flamin hot roll was very skimpy with the filling. Especially these three pieces legit has no filling at all just rice. The tres queso’s roll was so delicious but missing shrimp pieces throughout. Overall flavor 10/10 just wish they were consistent and fair with the filling.

El Don Restaurant is a good place to go for teppanyaki in Dinuba. The servers are very kind and the setting is beautiful. The restaurant plays Hispanic songs in the background, which sets a beautiful tone. The teppanyaki plates are priced from $25-40, and the Mexican selections are $60 for ranchera and cilantro rice or $180 for the tomahawk steak. The made drinks are $7, and the lychee drink is delicious and mildly sweet. The appetizers are good, and the churro is delicious and sweet. The restaurant has large portions that can be shared, and the Guac and New York steak appetizer is amazing. The food is amazing, and the service is amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the decor and atmosphere are amazing. The restaurant serves sushi and Hibachi, but does not serve sashimi. Overall, El Don Restaurant is a great place to have a wonderful experience, and it is recommended to make a reservation.
