The $20 minimum wage has had its (desired?) affect here. Online or kiosk ordering, downsized burritos and tacos for 2-3 times the price, fewer and less valuable rewards from the app that seems to be revamped just often enough to nuke whatever points I've accumulated. Regular restaurants and food trucks are now effectively cheaper than fast food. At this point, all things considered, the only reason to get food here is if nothing else is open. I was on Highway 80 and was hungry pulled off the highway and found Taco Bell. I did notice that that it was very clean. I'll keep that in mind every time I'm on Highway 80

Taco Bell in Sacramento area is a quick stop for some food. While the service might be slow and not super kid-friendly with limited amenities, the staff is friendly. The food might not always be piping hot or as crispy as desired, but it's decent for a pit stop while passing through. The new building is nice, but lacking changing tables in the bathrooms. Despite some hiccups like missing items from orders, it's a nostalgic favorite for those who have worked there in the past.
