Staff is just rude as heck. They got into a full argument with a customer who received the wrong food in the drive in.They gave me the wrong type of cheeseburger then told me that was what I ordered. It wasn't.They don't repeat your order back to you, nor do they give you a receipt until you get your food.I'm a huge fan of Wendy's. It's my favorite of the fast food places. But this location is poorly run, and they don't care, because it's a "franchise location," according to them.
Not nice at the drive threw , tried to skimp me on everything, wouldn't give condements , we're out of 3 menue items .. I understand life happens but then the service was nasty and acted like I was putting them out ... I like Wendy's I don't do fast food often but Wendy's I can handle .. this one I could not .. if you can avoud and try another one they are usually on point I was surprised to see this one operating the way it does ..

It's Wendy's. Of course you have to wait in line and sometimes the drive-through is very long, so I will simply walk in to get what I need other than that I use the app to get the food.
