“Laveta is a super cute minimalistic cafe located close to echo park lake in Los Angeles. They have their own parking lot, which already is an A+. But since it is a small lot, there is street parking all around. They have really cool inside seating as well as outdoor seating.

They offer coffee, matcha and teas. But let’s not ignore the food they offer, which I highly recommend you try out! I’ve heard the burger is delicious but haven’t tried it because I’m obsessed with their Avacado toast! It’s literally the best Avacado I’ve had! Their coffee is good as well. I’ve had their iced vanilla latte, which you can’t go wrong with. I also enjoyed one of their signature coffee, the laveta.

“We went to the Newport Beach location a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ordering an acai bowl. The staff was very helpful and patient when I was building my bowl. Overall, from the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was extremely friendly and nice.“

“What a cool place! This is not your usual Acai bowl place. For the same 10$, you can add whatever you like. I had matched pudding, chocolate granola gf, berries, bee pollen on pitaya. It's like an adult version of a healthy candy store, delicious 😋“

I went to this other place to try açaí bowls thinking it was going to taste like the blue majik in roots and rye but it was so badddd. So hands down the best blue majik. My order is blue majik, young coconut, the vanilla granola, strawberries, banana, cacao nibs and cinnamon powder. Simple but fireee. “I recently visited Earthbar in Los Angeles and tried their acai bowl, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! “We ordered the plain sugwrcane and sugarcane with lime. The flavor is pretty good, I can taste the actual sugarcane, just like how we would have it in Asia in childhood. One downside is the drink is a little too diluted, would be better if they make the drink more concentrated. But overall the drinks are not bad. Would come back here given I haven't found a better place in LA yet.“

“I stopped by Berry Brand in Cerritos and tried their customized acai bowl—it was absolutely delicious! The fruits were super fresh, and I really appreciated how friendly the workers were. The shop is nice and clean, and the prices are very reasonable. I asked for extra peanut butter and they added it at no extra cost, which was such a nice touch. They also have free parking, which makes it super convenient. Great quality food and great service—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I usually come in person when I get movita. And it's usually pretty good when made correctly. With the exception of noticing some of the food items being made differently than what it's supposed to. (My bf pointed this out one of the last times we went in), but I let it be out of sympathy due to not knowing if the person making our drinks/food was new or not. (Which I know is silly because it can potentially cause someone to have an allergic reaction). But today, I ordered through doordash because I was busy and didn't have the time to go out to norwalk to get my usuals. Just to find out I got something completely different (and not even my order), I know it's mostly the dashers' fault for not checking prior. But even with the fact that that's what he told me, they gave him ( not sure if he used my name or not). Now I'm left with something completely different and waiting on my refund because I didn't get the chance to get dasher credit to reorder my order. 🙄 now I don't even know if I should reorder and hope for the best or just get something else so I'm not dropping 25+ on something I'm not even getting.“

The toast was delicious and flavorful, and the portion size was quite generous. Every bite was a delightful mix of creamy avocado, perfectly cooked egg, and crispy bacon bits that added a nice crunch. I also tried one of their green smoothies, with an added twist of ginger upon my request. The staff were more than happy to accommodate my preference, and the result was amazing. The smoothie was refreshing, with the ginger adding a perfect zing to the mix. It was easily one of the best smoothies I've had, it’s like a Jamba Juice but better. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, hot with a cold brew. The matcha was solid and had perfect flavor, temperature. A solid pick me up for sure and the cold brew was strong with a bold flavor.

doesn’t disappoint. Every once and a while I like to get boba with my friends or
usually by myself after a walk around the town center so I usually go to It’s Boba Time
because they have one of my favorite drinks there the galaxy iced tea. The galaxy
iced tea is a really colorful iced tea made with butterfly pea tea, strawberry
lemonade, and small star-shaped mango jelly which helps give off the galaxy vibes.
They also have the sunset iced tea which looks similar to the galaxy iced tea but has
a different yet tasty flavor. The sunset iced tea contains butterfly pea tea, hibiscus
tea, and passion fruit juice. These two drinks are just a few of all the delicious and
beautiful drinks that It’s Boba Time has. I guarantee it’s definitely worth checking out.“
